Planting a Four Season Garden

This two part series will be held at the Exeter Public Library
March 17
We will overview the backbone and structure of the garden using plant material that will give you interest from winter to fall. Topics will include soil prep, trees and shrubs that will give nice structure and perennials to ensure longevity.
March 30
We will talk about adding the dressing to your garden. Now that you know about plants that add structure and longevity, we will cover how to add splashes of color to your garden. Topics will include bulbs, pansies, annuals, mums, winter color as well as containers to add color and excitement to your garden.
